  • Technical support

3. Subscription and Payment

Our services are provided on a subscription basis:

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
  • Setup fees (if applicable) are due before work begins
  • All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice
  • No refunds for partial months of service
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

4. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain high service availability:

  • 99.9% uptime guarantee for website hosting
  • Response to support requests within 24 business hours
  • Content updates completed within 48-72 business hours
  • Urgent issues addressed within 4 business hours
  • Scheduled maintenance with advance notice

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Supply content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner
  • Review and approve work within reasonable timeframes
  • Ensure you have rights to all content you provide
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access
  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws

6. Intellectual Property

Regarding intellectual property rights:

  • You retain ownership of your content (text, images, logos)
  • We retain ownership of website design, code, and templates
  • You receive a license to use the website during your subscription
  • Upon termination, you may request your content
  • Custom development work may be subject to separate agreements

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or harmful code
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Host illegal or prohibited content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Engage in any activity that could damage our reputation

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DentalSites.pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DentalSites.pro, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

Regarding termination of service:

  • You may cancel your subscription with 30 days written notice
  • We may terminate for violation of these Terms
  • We may terminate with 30 days notice for any reason
  • Upon termination, your website will be taken offline
  • You may request your content within 30 days of termination
  • No refunds for prepaid fees upon termination

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and DentalSites.pro regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
